• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase.
• Develop relationships with customers and employees to support financing options.
• Determine customer financing needs and payment options via consultative interview.
• Present a transparent pricing menu outlining financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions with 100% compliance to state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals and build product knowledge.
• Ensure administrative processes are compliant and timely.
