AutoNation is hiring a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager in the United States. You will welcome customers, transition them from Sales to Finance, and tailor financing options to each client.

You’ll present transparent pricing, process transactions, and ensure regulatory compliance while building relationships and referrals. This commission-based role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Work directly with customers to develop relationships and determine financing needs and payment options.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals and provide an exceptional customer experience.
