As an F&I Manager, you will lead credit decisions, present transparent pricing, ensure regulatory compliance, and build strong relationships with customers while driving sales goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Your focus on people development and technology will shape the customer journey.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Develop relationships with employees and customers.
• Determine financing needs and payment options via consultative interview process.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions with compliance to state and federal laws.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive referrals.
• Build rapport to create a base of referrals and achieve sales goals.
• Gain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
