Krause Auto Group is seeking a driven, customer-focused Finance & Insurance Manager to join our growing dealership team. This critical role structures deals, maximizes profitability, ensures compliance, and delivers an exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle purchase process.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong customer relationships, and bring automotive finance expertise to a respected multi-brand dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive F&I preferred.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of title laws and vehicle registration processes.
• Experience working with lenders and securing approvals.
• Ability to maintain compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Maximize dealership profitability while delivering a transparent, compliant customer experience.
• Structure deals to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Present finance, warranty, and protection products to enhance ownership experience.
• Submit deals to lenders for approval and make sound credit decisions.
• Negotiate financing terms and secure approvals through lender relationships.
• Accurately desk and close deals in accordance with dealership processes.
• Audit deals post-sale to ensure accuracy and identify improvements.
• Work with sales, accounting, and lender partners to resolve funding concerns.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement best practices to improve profitability and efficiency.
