Krause Auto Group in Georgia seeks a driven Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to maximize dealership profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the vehicle purchase process.

You will structure deals, present finance products, ensure compliance, and lead funding with lender partners, mentoring staff and driving best practices across the F&I team. This role offers growth within a family-owned, multi-brand dealership.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance procedures.
• Ability to structure deals for profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with lenders and securing financing approvals.

Responsabilités

• Structure deals to maximize profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Present finance, warranty, and protection products to customers.
• Submit deals to lenders and secure approvals with sound credit decisions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Lead funding processes and collaborate with sales, accounting and lenders.
