Ken Garff Automotive Group’s Aloha Kia Kona dealership seeks an experienced F&I Manager. You will provide financing and insurance options to customers, build lender relationships, and ensure smooth deal closure while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role emphasizes accurate paperwork, teamwork, and managing reserve income in a busy automotive environment. A 60k–120k+ annual range is offered with benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Friendly and cooperative with an ability to quickly connect with customers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; deals creatively, logically and empathetically with customers and coworkers.
• Detail oriented with a preference for high quality and technical expertise.
• Previous experience in a dealership F&I Department, selling of financial services, or auto sales.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Treat every customer in a friendly, professional manner, regardless of financing or purchasing decision or credit.
• Manage overall production of reserve income, F&I product penetrations and income, and per-vehicle retail (PVR) averages.
• Set up monthly forecasting with sales to meet monthly objectives.
• Submit all paperwork to finance sources and finalize paperwork in car deals.
• Collect and safeguard money and fees.
• Assist in managing deal and cash flow per CIT guidelines.
