Job summary

Group 1 Kia Tomball is hiring an Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager to lead the F&I office, oversee loan origination, and ensure compliant, efficient transactions.

You will build lender relationships, supervise staff, and present warranty and payment options to customers.

A high school diploma is required; a college degree or relevant automotive experience is preferred. Group 1 Kia Tomball offers a professional environment and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership F&I department or selling financial products.
• Spanish language skills a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office; ADP Dealer Services experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process.
• Establish and maintain strong relations with lenders.
• Recruit, hire and develop associates for the Financial Services Department.
• Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
• Determine financing options and present products to customers.
• Present warranties and credit insurance offerings.
• Ensure compliant, ethical transactions with high productivity.
• Meet monthly finance and insurance income targets.
