Job summary

Qualifications
- Friendly, professional demeanor with customers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail oriented with high quality and accuracy
- Experience in dealership F&I or auto sales
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to provide references upon request
Responsibilities
- Treat every customer in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage production of reserve income, F&I product penetrations and per-vehicle retail averages
- Set up monthly forecasting with sales; use forecast to meet objectives
- Submit paperwork to finance sources and finalize deals promptly
- Collect and safeguard money and fees
- Assist in managing deal and cash flow per CIT guidelines
