Kia of North Tucson, part of Lithia & Driveway, seeks an experienced F&I Manager to lead financing at the store. You’ll work with lenders, present products, and guide customers through paperwork with accuracy and empathy. Strong detail orientation and 2+ years in F&I required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a F&I Manager REQUIRED.
• Strong attention to detail REQUIRED.
• Ability to manage CIT noted as a plus.
• Import experience a plus.
• CDK knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while helping customers choose products that protect their vehicle purchase.
• Work with lenders to obtain financing approval and complete vehicle purchase paperwork accurately.
• Follow up on and collect receivables.
