Ken Garff Automotive Group's Stew Hansen Hyundai is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to provide financing and insurance options to customers and finalize vehicle deals. You will build relationships with lending sources and ensure compliant, profitable financing.

The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and a strong work ethic; a high school diploma and dealership F&I experience are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Treat every customer in a friendly, professional manner, regardless of financing or purchasing decision or credit ability.
• Manage overall production of reserve income, F&I product penetrations and per-vehicle retail averages to company standards.
• Set up monthly forecasting with the sales department and use it to meet monthly objectives.
• Submit all paperwork to finance sources and finalize car deals in a timely manner.
• Collect and safeguard all money and fees required in transactions.
• Assist the dealership in managing deal and cash flow per CIT guidelines.

As our F&I Manager, you provide exceptional service and appropriate financing and insurance options to our customers to finalize the purchase of a vehicle. Due to your strong work ethic, you easily establish and maintain positive working relationships with several lending sources which enhances the options available to our customers. Looking for:

• Friendly and cooperative with an ability to quickly connect with customers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; deals creatively, logically and empathetically with customers and coworkers
• Detail oriented with a preference for high quality and technical expertise
• Previous experience in a dealership F&I Department, selling of financial services, or auto sales
• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Must be able to provide references upon request

What you’ll do as a F&I Manager:

• Treat every customer in a friendly, professional manner, regardless of the customers financing or purchasing decision, or credit ability
• Manage overall production of reserve income, F&I product penetrations and income, and per-vehicle retail (PVR) averages in accordance with company standards
• Set up monthly forecasting in conjunction with the sales department forecasting; Use the forecast to establish and meet monthly objectives
• Submit all paperwork to (and obtain approval from) finance sources on all finance deals; finalize all paperwork necessary in the car deal in a timely manner and submit to the accounting office
• Collect and safeguard all money and fees required in the transactions
• Assist the dealership in managing deal and cash flow in accordance with the company Contracts-In-Transit (CIT) guidelines
