Job summary

Toyota of North Charlotte is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our high-volume dealership in Huntersville. You will structure deals, obtain lender approvals, and present F&I products to customers.

This role emphasizes compliance, profitability, and teamwork with sales leadership; top performers earn 300K+ annually, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Prior Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager experience in a franchised dealership.
• Proven success in structuring deals and securing lender approvals.
• Experience selling F&I products including service contracts, GAP, and credit life.
• Ability to convert cash deals to finance and maintain lender relationships.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements affecting automotive finance.
