Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking a skilled F&I Manager to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction by offering financing, insurance, and extended warranty products at our Princeton area dealership.

The role requires strong sales acumen, exceptional customer service, and solid knowledge of automotive finance regulations to ensure compliant, transparent financing options for buyers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an F&I Manager or similar role in automotive dealership.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets for F&I products.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products.
• Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing automotive sales and financing.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell financing and insurance products, extended service contracts, and other aftermarket products to customers.
• Achieve sales and profit goals for F&I products per vehicle sold.
• Maintain relationships with lenders to secure competitive rates and options for customers.
• Prepare and process all necessary financial paperwork and contracts accurately.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financing regulations.
• Educate customers on financing options, product benefits, and payment structures.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from vehicle selection to finance approval.
