You will partner with sales teams and lenders to structure competitive deals and support dealership profitability.

The role supports a professional customer experience, with a focus on transparent financing, accurate disclosures, and timely paperwork to close deals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive finance or F&I operations.
• Knowledge of lender programs, disclosures, and auto contracts.
• Ability to pass background checks and regulatory screenings.
• Professional appearance and strong communication in a fast-paced dealership.
• Ability to coordinate with sales teams and lenders to structure deals.

Responsibilities

• Secure financing and leasing approvals with banks and credit unions.
• Present finance products and service contracts clearly and compliantly.
• Prepare and finalize contracts, disclosures, and paperwork.
• Ensure deals meet policies and state/federal requirements.
• Maintain lender relationships to improve approvals and funding speed.
• Collaborate with sales managers to structure customer-friendly deals.
• Track funding status and product performance.
• Explain financing terms and options to customers clearly.
