Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of experience as an F&I Manager or similar role in automotive retail.
• Proven track record of achieving F&I sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products.
• Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing auto sales and financing.

• Present and sell financing, insurance, and extended warranty products to customers.
• Achieve sales and profit goals for F&I products per vehicle sold.
• Maintain relationships with lenders to secure competitive rates and options.
• Prepare and process all financing paperwork and contracts accurately.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in financing and sales.
• Review credit applications to determine customer eligibility for programs.
• Educate customers on financing options, products, and payment structures.
• Resolve customer concerns regarding F&I products promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from vehicle selection to finance approval.
