Hudson Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Finance & Insurance Director to lead our F&I team in a fast-growing, high-volume dealership environment. You will drive profitability, compliance, and a best-in-class customer experience through strategic leadership and lender partnerships.

This role demands a proven track record building strong teams, structuring complex deals, and selling financing and protection products while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership in F&I teams at high-volume dealerships.
• Partner with sales to drive profitability, compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Expert in structuring complex deals with lender networks.
• Track record selling financing and protection products to customers.
• Ability to present aftermarket products and extended warranties clearly.
• Proven ability to convert cash buyers to financed deals across multiple sources.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local F&I regulations.
• Experience updating sales management on finance programs and lender guidelines.
