Job summary

All Star Ford Denham Springs, part of Hudson Automotive Group, seeks an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our high-volume dealership. The ideal candidate will structure deals, secure lender approvals, and aggressively sell F&I products while maintaining strong relationships with lending sources.

Applicants should have prior F&I management experience in a franchised dealership, demonstrate a track record of profitability, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior Automotive F&I Manager or Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership.
• Proven success in structuring deals and securing lender approvals.
• Experience selling F&I products including service contracts, GAP, credit life, and extended warranties.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations affecting automotive finance departments.

Responsibilities

• Present and explain aftermarket/products like service contracts, GAP, credit life.
• Convert cash deals to finance and manage multiple lending sources.
• Partner with sales managers to maximize deal structure and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with automotive finance regulations and internal controls.
