Greensboro Honda, part of the Hudson Automotive Group, seeks an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our high-volume team in Greensboro, NC. The role focuses on optimizing F&I profitability, presenting products, and coordinating with sales to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a proven track record in structuring deals, securing lender approvals, and maintaining relationships with multiple lenders while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Prior Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager or Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership.
• Proven success in structuring deals and securing lender approvals.
• Experience selling F&I products including service contracts, GAP, credit life, and health insurance.
• Experience presenting aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Ability to convert cash deals to finance and manage multiple lending sources.
