Qualifications

• Prior Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager or Finance Manager experience in a franchised dealership.
• Proven success in structuring deals and securing lender approvals.
• Experience presenting and explaining aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Ability to convert cash deals to finance and maintain relationships with multiple lending sources.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations affecting automotive finance departments.

Responsibilities

• Structure deals and secure lender approvals to maximize profitability.
• Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, credit life and health options.
• Explain aftermarket products and extended warranties to customers.
• Convert cash deals to finance and maintain relationships with multiple lending sources.
• Partner with sales managers to optimize deal structure and dealership profitability.
• Ensure compliance with automotive finance regulations and company policies.
