Job summary

Vallely Sport & Marine in Minot, ND, is seeking an F&I / Business Manager to structure and close financing for marine, off-road and motorcycle sales. The role involves presenting protection plans, navigating multiple lender programs, and ensuring compliance with Reg Z, TILA, and ND disclosures.

The position offers a competitive base with commission, leads a metrics-driven department, and uses Lightspeed and DealerTrack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• F&I experience: 2+ years.
• Sales/negotiation experience: 4+ years.

Responsibilities

• Structure and close financing across marine, off-road and motorcycle.
• Offer approvals from 10+ banks and credit unions plus manufacturer captive programs.
• Present protection menu: service contracts, pre-paid maintenance, GAP, tire and wheel, protective wraps and ceramic.
• Hold compliance to standard: Reg Z, TILA, ND disclosure requirements, OFAC and Red Flags.
• Own department metrics: PVR, product penetration, reserve, time-to-fund, contracts-in-transit.
• DMS: Lightspeed; various other softwares including DealerTrack.
