Job summary

Vallely Sport & Marine in Bismarck, ND is seeking a Boat & Powersports Sales Consultant who is motivated, customer-focused, and driven to help customers find the right boat, pontoon, ATV, or motorcycle within their lifestyle and budget.

You will greet customers, build relationships, follow up on leads, and manage the sales process from education to delivery, while leveraging CRM tools and social media to promote inventory and events.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in marine or outdoor lifestyle is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Proficiency with CRM, phone, text, and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally and warmly.
• Understand customer needs and recommend boats and powersports.
• Conduct product walkarounds and explain features clearly.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and CRM.
• Maintain accurate customer notes and sales activity.
• Support delivery and after-sale experience.
