Job summary

Vallely Sport & Marine in Bismarck, North Dakota is seeking a motivated Boat & Powersports Sales Consultant to help customers find the right products for their lifestyle and budget. You will drive sales through relationship-building, lead follow-up, and a strong customer experience from first greeting to post-delivery support.

This role emphasizes product knowledge, proactive follow-up, and teamwork with finance, service, parts, and management to meet monthly and seasonal sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally in person, by phone, text, and email.
• Sales experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
