Job summary

Pierce RV & Marine is seeking a Finance Manager / Sales Manager to lead its Great Falls, MT location. This combined leadership role covers coaching the sales team, negotiating deals, managing retail financing, and delivering customer service throughout the process.

You will build lender relationships, coordinate with departments, and drive sales and profitability while maintaining a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive/RV dealership settings preferred.
• F&I or sales management experience strongly preferred.

Pierce RV & Marine is seeking a Finance Manager / Sales Manager to help lead its Great Falls, Montana location. This combined leadership role brings together sales team coaching, deal negotiation, retail financing, and customer service. You will support customers from deal structuring through final delivery, build lender relationships, and work across dealership departments to achieve sales and profitability goals while maintaining an accountable, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support the sales team, reinforcing a consistent sales process and a positive, accountable work environment.
• Structure and desk deals, assist with negotiations, and help salespeople close sales while balancing customer needs and dealership profitability.
• Monitor leads, appointments, follow-up, closing ratios, and customer relationship management (CRM) activity to support monthly unit sales and gross profit goals.
• Manage the financing process from credit application through final delivery, including submitting deals to lenders and securing competitive financing approvals.
• Present financing options and available finance and insurance (F&I) protection products to customers.
• Ensure contracts and supporting paperwork are accurate and complete, and follow through to support prompt funding.
• Maintain strong lender relationships and uphold dealership compliance standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, and Management to support smooth deliveries and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Help improve overall store performance, with success measured by sales, gross profit, F&I production, closing rates, CRM performance, contract funding, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Automotive, RV, marine, powersports, or similar dealership experience preferred; F&I or sales management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong sales, closing, leadership, and communication skills.
• Understanding of retail financing, lender requirements, and deal structuring.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
