Job summary

Vallely Sport & Marine is seeking a Finance and Insurance / Business Manager to structure and close financing across marine, off-road and motorcycle segments. You will work with customers, lenders, and the sales team to arrange loans and sell protection products. This is a full-time, in-person role with a competitive compensation package including base salary plus commission.

On-target earnings are $100,000–$120,000+. Benefits include 401(k), health and life insurance, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years F&I experience.
• 2+ years sales/negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Structure and close financing across marine, off-road and motorcycle.
• Offer approvals from banks, credit unions, and manufacturer programs.
• Present protection products: service contracts, GAP, tire/wheel, and other safeguards.
• Maintain compliance programs to standard.
• Own department metrics: PVR, product penetration, reserve, time-to-fund.
