Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Food and Beverage supervision or management.
• Food Handlers and Louisiana Responsible Vendors certifications.
• Able to communicate clearly in English with guests, management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance per Omni standards and hotel scheduling.
• Monitor dining rooms for guest well-being, safety, cleanliness and seating.
• Maintain familiarity with menus and beverage offerings.
• Ensure staff complete side work checklists for dining room.
• Spot check liquor pars and order daily supplies.
• Monitor food and liquor requisitions and bar controls.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure training is met monthly.
• Address guest comments and complaints to sustain satisfaction.
• Observe, teach and correct service in a professional manner.
• Work with culinary team for smooth quality service.
• Assist in scheduling, forecasting, interviewing and MOS audits.
• Prepare maintenance requests and stay informed about resort events.
• Participate in department meetings and other required training.
