Job summary

Aloft Hotels, proudly managed by HRI Hospitality, seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor in New Orleans to oversee daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations. You’ll lead team members, ensure service standards, and maintain guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years in F&B, supervisory experience, and a solid understanding of safety and sanitation guidelines. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality coursework or certifications preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of food and beverage experience.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, bar, or banquet operations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily operations of assigned F&B outlet(s).
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction targets are met.
• Monitor dining areas, bar stations, and service flow during peak periods.
• Assist with scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage as needed.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support inventory, ordering, and restocking processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
