Job summary

The Bourbon Orleans Hotel in New Orleans invites you to join our Food & Beverage team as a Supervisor, guiding service excellence and staff development. You’ll work with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure smooth operations, motivate the team, and deliver memorable guest experiences every shift.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality coursework or a high school diploma, at least one year in hotels with supervisory duties, strong communication, and basic financial skills to help manage costs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality coursework is a plus.
• At least one year of progressive hotel experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to multitask under pressure.
• Ability to interpret financial data and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Monitor food quality and address guest feedback to ensure service meets high standards.
• Lead and motivate staff; foster teamwork and clear communication.
• Oversee daily operations, manage costs, cash handling, scheduling, and inventory.
• Develop promotional ideas to attract guests and boost sales; support training.
