Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of food and beverage experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of food and beverage techniques, service standards, and sanitation regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with POS systems and basic financial reporting.
• Ability to lift and carry food service trays weighing 35+ pounds.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlets or shifts to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor service quality, food presentation, and guest satisfaction to uphold high standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
• Assist with planning and managing special events, banquets, and private functions.
• Greet guests, address inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly.
• Gather and analyze guest feedback to suggest improvements and enhance experiences.
• Supervise, schedule, and delegate tasks to service staff, ensuring balanced workloads.
