Loews Chicago O’Hare is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a dynamic dining and beverage team. You will supervise staff, maintain quality standards, and assist with training, scheduling, and inventory to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional guest experiences, clear communication, and fast problem solving in a busy environment. You will work closely with kitchen staff, participate in events, and support recruitment and coaching to uphold Loews’ service

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of food and beverage experience.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of F&B techniques, service standards, and sanitation regulations.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to motivate teams.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets.
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food prep.
• Assist with planning events and banquets.
• Greet guests, address inquiries, resolve complaints.
• Provide ongoing coaching to staff.
• Monitor inventory and manage stock levels.
