Qualifications

• Must pass the Safe Food Handler Certificate within 60 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of restaurant/food service management experience preferred.
• 6 months of bartending experience desired.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily F&B operations, including sanitation, safety, and guest service.
• Handle cash, opening/closing duties, and liquor procedures.
• Ensure proper food preparation, storage, and inventory control.
• Monitor invoices, deliveries, and reconcile receipts daily.
• Lead team with training, communication, and performance feedback.
