Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to assist the Food and Beverage Manager with short- and long-term planning of the F&B operations in the front and back of house. You will plan and supervise the activities of a diverse workforce to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the business.

This position may require flexible scheduling availability and will involve overseeing breakfast, bar service and banquet shifts while upholding sanitation and safety

Qualifications

• Forecast revenue and expenses for F&B operations.
• Train staff in cash handling, vouchers, inventories and receivables.
• Identify revenue opportunities and potential problems.
• Cover shifts for breakfast, bar service and banquets as needed.
• Supervise day-to-day F&B operations and sanitation.
