Island Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to assist the F&B Manager with short and long-term planning of operations in the front and back of house. You will supervise a diverse team to ensure smooth, profitable service and maintain high guest satisfaction.

This role may require flexible scheduling, including breakfast, bar service, and banquets, and demands strong leadership, financial awareness, and commitment to sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of F&B/hospitality management.
• Highly motivated team player with initiative and drive.
• Effective in handling problems under pressure.
• Strong guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in forecasting food and beverage revenue/expenses.
• Assist in training staff in cash handling, vouchers, inventories and receivables procedures.
• Identify revenue and expense opportunities and potential issues.
• Cover open shifts for breakfast, bar service and banquets as needed.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of F&B outlets.
• Maintain sanitation of F&B areas and equipment to protect assets and ensure quality service.
