Loews Chicago O'Hare hotel seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a dynamic team across dining and beverage outlets. You will supervise staff, maintain quality standards, assist with training, scheduling, and inventory, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

You’ll monitor service quality, coordinate with the kitchen, and help plan events while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

• Greet guests and resolve inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Provide coaching and training to team members.
