Highgate Hotels in Atlanta is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for The Candler Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton. You will coordinate and supervise all F&B operations, ensuring quality, cost control, and guest satisfaction in a luxury property.

The role requires leadership, budgeting, inventory accuracy, and strong guest service skills across front- and back-of-house teams. Experience in hospitality and compliance with safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of progressive hotel or related experience, or a 4-year degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health rules, liquor laws.
• Long hours may be required and strong physical stamina.
• Effective verbal and written communication with all staff and guests.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
