Highgate Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily F&B outlet operations, supervise staff, and ensure top quality and guest satisfaction. The role requires coordinating with other managers, managing reports, and maintaining regulatory compliance across health and safety standards.

The position focuses on delivering exceptional service, optimizing revenue, and maintaining high product quality through training and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with all staff and guests.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Attend all required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and liquor regulations.
• Be visible on the floor and guide staff during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the outlet.
• Supervise outlet personnel and respond to guest complaints.
• Coordinate with other F&B managers and report issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit required reports (wage progress, payroll, revenue).
• Monitor service quality and participate in menu planning and SOP adherence.
