Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to coordinate the F&B operations at The Candler Hotel. You will supervise all F&B staff, manage budgets and inventory, and ensure top quality service while maintaining profitability and guest satisfaction.

Your role includes adherence to SOPs, liquor laws, and health regulations, with a focus on reducing turnover and delivering consistent experiences for guests and team members.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Or a 4-year college degree and 3+ years of related experience.
• Must be proficient in Windows, spreadsheets and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all F&B personnel.
• Respond to guest complaints in a timely manner.
• Monitor department performance and assist in budgeting/forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and liquor/health regulations.
• Maintain regular attendance and provide timely reports.
