Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests at the Front Desk.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information on hotel services and local area.
• Process check-ins/checkout, manage reservations and room blocks.
• Handle packages, mail, and messages for guests and meeting rooms.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel promotions, rates, and policies.
