Job summary

Azul Hospitality's Woodlark Hotel in Portland, OR is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support and supervise the hotel outlets, working closely with the F&B leadership team to deliver guest-focused service.

You will coordinate with vendors for seasonal menus, manage inventories, train staff, uphold brand standards, and monitor service quality and safety, ensuring consistency and high energy across shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Food & Beverage operation.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.
• High school or equivalent education required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise F&B outlets and work with leadership team.
• Coordinate with vendors for seasonal options.
• Manage inventories and submit reports to accounting.
• Monitor service quality and product standards.
