Job summary

Azul Hospitality seeks an experienced Food & Beverage leader to manage the hotel outlets (restaurant, bar, in‑room dining). You will direct operations, uphold brand standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive profitability through quality service and cost control.

Responsibilities include budgeting, inventory management, collaboration with culinary and sales teams, staff training and coaching, and maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of Food & Beverage operation experience.
• 1–2 years of management experience.
• Culinary, sales and service background preferred.
• 21+ years of age to serve alcohol; relevant certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct F&B outlet operations to meet daily needs.
• Maintain inventories and submit reports to accounting.
• Develop revenue strategies and manage department budget.
• Collaborate with culinary team on menu design.
• Lead and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
