Ideal candidates have 3+ years in F&B supervision, strong POS, cost control, and inventory management skills, plus excellent customer service and team leadership. Must be able to train staff and coordinate with front office and housekeeping to maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in food and beverage operations or a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of POS systems, cost control, and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and liquor laws.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team, including training and performance management.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in resolving guest complaints and maintaining high service standards.
• Ability to collaborate with different departments, such as front office and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant and bar operations to meet standards and provide efficient service.
• Manage costs and maintain profit margins through sales analysis and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of restaurant and bar areas.
• Supervise and develop Food & Beverage team members.
• Oversee bartenders and room service staff, ensuring training and service quality.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of room service orders.
• Manage inventory, ordering, storage, and security of stock.
• Address customer complaints and uphold service quality.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular staff training and stay updated on industry trends.
