Job summary

Shamin Hotels seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant, bar, or banquet operations and to lead a service-oriented team. You will ensure guest satisfaction through consistent service, quality, and cleanliness, while managing scheduling, payroll, and labor costs under the guidance of the F&B Manager.

You will uphold health and safety standards, supervise staff, and support event setup and breakdown with attention to BEO requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food & beverage operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and alcohol handling regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead restaurant, bar, or banquet staff during shifts.
• Ensure smooth service execution and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in all F&B areas.
• Train, coach, and support staff to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll, and monitoring labor costs.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate ordering needs to the F&B Manager.
