Job summary

Shamin Hotels seeks a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and high service standards. You will assist with scheduling, training, inventory control, and enforcing policies in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include supervising outlets, coaching staff, handling cash and POS, and supporting promotions in coordination with culinary and marketing teams. Strong leadership and knowledge of food safety are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in food and beverage, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
• Train, coach, and support team members in service standards and company procedures.
• Assist with scheduling and labor management to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Oversee cash handling and point-of-sale operations to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Support the implementation of promotions, events, and seasonal menus in coordination with culinary and marketing teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and managing costs.
• Participate in daily briefings and relay information to the team effectively.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
