Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of food and beverage experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, ensuring quality service.
• Train, coach, and support team members in service standards and company procedures.
• Assist with scheduling and labor management to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to complaints or service issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Oversee cash handling and POS operations to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Support the implementation of promotions, events, and seasonal menus with culinary/marketing teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and managing costs.
• Participate in daily briefings and relay information to the team effectively.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new hires.
