Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to supervise restaurant, bar and banquet services, ensuring guest satisfaction and service standards in a fast-paced setting. You will help schedule, train, and manage inventory while enforcing health and safety policies to support a seamless guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with experience in POS systems and hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor in hospitality preferred.
• 1–3 years in food and beverage with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; POS systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of restaurant, bar, and banquet services to ensure quality.
• Train, coach and support team in service standards and procedures.
• Assist with scheduling and labor management to ensure staffing levels.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and health compliance.
• Oversee cash handling and POS accuracy.
• Support promotions, events and seasonal menus with culinary/marketing teams.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering to manage costs.
• Participate in daily briefings and communicate to the team.
• Assist onboarding and training of new hires.
