Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking a Food and Beverage Director to oversee all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, catering, and room service. You will develop strategies to improve profitability, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across all outlets.

You will lead a team of F&B managers, collaborate with chefs on menus, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards while driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in F&B management.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize food and beverage operations and profitability.
• Oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, catering, and room service.
• Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and supervise F&B managers and staff.
• Foster a positive work environment and motivate the team to achieve operational goals.
• Collaborate with chefs and bartenders on menu development and quality control.
• Oversee catering and banquet operations and assist in planning events.
