The role requires two years in hotel/restaurant settings, a college degree preferred, and certifications like TIPS and food handler training.

Formación

• Two years of prior experience in a hotel, restaurant, or stand-alone restaurant.
• TIPS certification and alcohol awareness training required.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with hotel POS systems.
• Ability to regularly life and move up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the restaurant, room service, and bar areas to ensure brand standards and exceptional service.
• Greet guests and engage during peak hours to ensure a quality dining experience.
• Assist with talent acquisition, training, and scheduling for the F&B team.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures, perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
• Ensure health and sanitation standards and budgets are maintained.
