Embassy Suites Louisville Downtown Hotels is hiring a Full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the guest-facing team and ensure top-notch service in our on-site venues. You will supervise associates, manage food and beverage operations, and coordinate banquet and catering events with managers.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, a proactive mindset, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver consistent, attentive guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise associates.
• Direct prompt, efficient and friendly service of all food and beverage.
• Control inventory to ensure smooth operation.
• Resolve operational issues with managers.
• Attend meetings (BEO and Managers).
• Oversee banquets and catering events.
• Supervise banquet servers and set up tables/place settings.
• Provide excellent customer service and meet client needs.
• Maintain proper usage of equipment and fixtures.
