Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Food & Beverage supervisor to guide daily operations, supervise staff, and uphold guest satisfaction. The role focuses on scheduling, service excellence, and adherence to budgets and quality standards.

You will contribute to cost controls, assist in developing procedures, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while supporting the manager and team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage scheduling and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department.
• Coordinate scheduling with manager to ensure guest satisfaction and budget compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and enforce company standards.
• Assist in cost control by monitoring pars and inventory.
• Develop procedures for food service and inspect menu items for quality.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Support administrative duties as needed by the Manager.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and assist in shift operations.
