PENN Entertainment is hiring a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily operations for a designated shift, focusing on guest satisfaction, staff supervision, and cost control. The role requires a positive, guest-focused mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Associates degree (A.A) in related field; two years of Food and Beverage experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems diplomatically.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Supervise F&B areas designated to this role and manage daily operations of a shift.
• Create effective schedules while controlling labor costs and achieving guest satisfaction.
• Assist in budgeting for the department and report concerns to management.
• Promote excellent customer service and ensure standards are met across the team.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and department regulations.
• Assist in establishing cost-control measures and monitor inventory.
