HMSHost is seeking a Manager I (MGRI) to support branch management in QSR or similar restaurant operations. The role ensures the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and runs to high operational standards using prescribed policies to guide decisions.

Key duties include opening, daily and closing procedures, supervising associates, assisting in hiring and scheduling, maintaining guest service, handling cash, and enforcing health and safety guidelines while reporting to the General

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2 years food and beverage, cash handling, and customer service experience.
• Requires a minimum of 6 months supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant or production kitchen.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate policy documents and interact with customers.

Responsabilités

• Executes opening, daily and closing procedures per policy.
• Supervises day-to-day activities of associates within unit.
• Participates in interviewing, hiring decisions, and scheduling.
