Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• The Food and Beverage Supervisor supports all food and beverage operations.
• Assist the Senior Food and Beverage Manager in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling staff.
• Directly manage staff while interacting with customers.
• Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory.
• Train, educate, and enforce responsible service of alcohol and ensure compliance.
• Develop and enforce standards for service, sanitation, and product quality.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are documented and enforced.
• Interact with coworkers to ensure compliance with service standards and cash control.
• Conduct physical inventory audits and perform reconciliations.
